Bumpdate Week 30

Due Date: November 18th

How far along: 30 weeks! I can't believe it!
Size of baby: About 17 inches long and 3.5 lbs
Total weight gain: 6 lbs- I was really worried about this but the doctor says there's nothing to worry about since the baby is measuring on target and everything looks great. I still wish I could put on some more weight for piece of mind though.
Maternity clothes: I've only purchased two maternity items so far. I bought a maternity t-shirt from Target that I love, and the leggings in the photo. They are to die for! Find them here.
Stretch marks: None! I've been using Bio Oil pretty religiously every morning and every night to prevent them.
Sleep: My sleep hasn't been my most comfortable! I typically wake up in the middle of the night with a backache and have to switch sides. I'm naturally a back sleeper, so it's been difficult to get used to sleeping another way.
Best moment of the week: Since baby boy is getting so big, his movements have been much more intense. It's fewer kicks and more drastic movements. It's so amazing but takes my breath away almost every time.
Miss anything: Not too much at all. I'm LOVING being pregnant! The only thing that has been significantly different is getting winded so much easier than before.
Movement: Crazy swimming movements each night after dinner
Food cravings: Chick-fil-a chocolate milkshakes! YUM!
Anything making you queasy or sick: I've been so lucky with no sickness so far.
Have you started to show yet: Oh yeah. This belly has really popped out over the past month or so!
Gender: Baby boy <3
Labor signs: Nope. Fingers crossed that won't be for another 9-10 weeks.
Belly button in or out: Officially poking out now
Wedding rings on or off: On
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy!
Looking forward to:  My baby shower coming up next month! So excited to celebrate this sweet baby.
This has been such an amazing experience and I don't take the honor lightly. I know there are so many women who struggle to be in the same position. I never want to take these moment for granted and have overwhelming gratitude for being able to carry this amazing miracle.

XO,
Les
